Average, gets the job done for Disney
The stay was average, but it gets the job done if you’re only in your room for a few hours after visiting Disney. If you’re particular about accommodations, you may want to spend more for something better. The room felt outdated, with more of an old motel vibe—not terrible, but not great either. It wasn’t so bad that I felt uncomfortable staying there, but it wasn’t my favorite.
For the price and the fact that we spent minimal time in the room, it was sufficient. If I had the budget, I’d definitely prefer the Disneyland Hotel. That said, this hotel worked for what I needed—a cheap place to crash while saving money for the parks.
There were a few negatives: I found a little bug in the shower when I arrived, and there was some kind of leak from the ceiling. The shower floor was a little dirty from wear, and the sink was cracked. The room was slightly dingy, no sugarcoating that.
However, for the positives the staff was nice and accommodating—they even gave me extra pillows when I asked. Free parking was HUGE. Walkable. They provided coffee in the lobby. The bed was pretty comfortable, and had the basic amenities. It really wasn’t that bad, I’m just saying if you care about the room being luxurious and stuff, then this isn’t it. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option I would recommend for easy going people.
I’d stay here again if I were trying to save money because it’s cheap and close to Disney. Hopefully they can do some updating soon but keep the prices affordable.
