Our check-in was tremendous: the woman there was so efficient, gracious and kind and her English was perfect. All Japanese hotels maintain a high standard, but the Okura is in a category all its own. And the room is comfortable, and graced with a lovely view.

Room on 14th floor was very spacious and clean. Bathroom and shower excellent. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The property is near various small restaurants and Lawson supermarket. Handy cafe-restaurant on ground floor, always very crowded at lunch time.

nice roomy space of the room. There is a tub in addition to the shower. They had bathsalt every day, I could soak myself in and relax. The hotel staff are professional and efficient. They above and beyond to help their guests. Typhoon 10 was slowly approaching yet the hotel was unflustered and continued to serve their guests with the utmost respect and efficiency.
