The suite was very nice but one of the lamps didn’t work properly and it took some time to get it fixed. We had to ask several times before anyone came to take a look at it. The breakfast was very basic. Elevators were slow. We did like that we were put in a accessible room with a second bathroom. Daily housekeeping shouldn’t be special but these days it is and we appreciated it.Overall we had a good experience but at about $900/night it seems a bit steepl

While the hotel is starting to show its age and is due for a renovation, it still was just about perfect for a family stay in the city. Steps from Central Park, Times Square and everything in Midtown. Easily the largest hotel room available for the price in the city. Wallpaper is peeling a bit and the walls are a bit thin, but the room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location perfect.

Great stay. The staff are all lovely and so friendly. The lifts were undergoing refurbishment so could take a little while to go up and down at times. We stayed in the penthouse and it was a lovely room. I would have preferred firmer pillows and better lighting in the room but really, they’re only minor issues. I’d still highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Hotel was great. Misleading info about the aownthouse rooms that lead u to believe that you have balcony in your room and it’s not an option. Breakfast on the 26th floor is a continental style setup with no hot food and charge $30. I loved the Hotel as a whole, but was very disappointed in those two things specifically.
