I came to Charlotte for the ACC Championship game. I fought hotel online. It was a beautiful hotel that had a bar and restaurant. The gentleman man and the front desk was very friendly.

It was okay. Mayor disappointment with availability with the shuttle. Another shuttle from another hotel took us to your hotel. Then we required Uber to take us to the airport for our next flight.

No Room at the Inn
You took my online reservation and run my credit card for the total night’s stay - almost $500. When I got to the front desk to check in, the desk attendant told me they had NO ROOMS left! I am appalled. I will be calling AMEX for a dispute of these charges. I am a HIlton Honors guest and they will also be informed as this does not look good for Hilton. We had to sit out in the parking lot to try to find a room for the night, or having to drive 3-1/2 hours back home!

Too much playing
I landed at Charlotte’s Airport 8:22 am. The hotel driver had an attitude and didn’t want to even take me to the hotel. Upon arriving at the hotel I had to wait from 8:45 until 2:00 pm in order not to pay the $50.00 early check in fees! The breakfast buffet was 21.00. I was told that my breakfast would not start until Saturday morning. I ironed my dress and stains from the ironing got on my dress. I had to hand wash and use the blow dryer to dry my dress because they didn’t have a laundry room smh! The positive side was that the managers attempted to fix some items and they have the best cookies

It was one step above a dive. Toilet didn’t work and no shower soap. Had to prop the sliding door to stay closed. I only stayed one night, not the two I had planned and I still had to pay for the second night. Very unfriendly compared with other properties.
