The hotel is very clean and nice! The amenities are high quality and the beds are very comfortable and soft. Close to train stations to get you into other areas of the city and walkable to other convenience stores like peacock and coffee shops. Pleasant staff and very helpful! Thank you very much for a good time in Tokyo.

We booked the Hollywood Twin Room (226 sq. ft.). It was two twin mattresses on a king size bed frame, so separate sheets with no separation between the mattresses, but it was comfortable. The lobby and restaurant are very nice, and there's a 24 hr. grocery store right across the street, but there are only a few restaurants in the area. Overall, we liked the room, and it was great value for the price, but there were a few cosmetic things like scuffs on the walls and some dust (actually looked like month's worth but can see how it could be missed if not viewed at night with the lights turned on that are under the bench). That wasn't problematic for us but seemed like simple fixes that should be made. From this hotel, Google maps will mostly recommend Ningyocho Station, but Suitengumae Station is closer, so would recommend planning direction searches from there (about a 5 minute vs. 11 minute walk from the hotel).

The hotel is new with a modern Zen feel. The things missing in the room are shower cap and body lotion. The hotel staff speaks very little English and therefore don't expect any concierge help.
