Could be better
The service was not good. The front desk worker seemed irritated about doing her job. We said we did want housekeeping but they never came to our room we had to keep calling and asking them to come. And this really is not a resort the resort fee is a joke. Do not eat at the buffet its nasty. But at the end of it all this place as a hotel is nice and clean and comfortable.

Bathroom not completely cleaned
Normally my stay at the J was excellent; however, on this trip, i twas very clear to me that housekeeping had not bothered to clean the shower. Someone (probably the last tenant) had pointed the shower head directly at the door, so in the morning i got blasted immediately. And there was hair in the shower.
