"We arrived from our flight at the desk and the room was suppose to be available starting from 3pm. At 3h15 the time we arrived, the room was not ready with no approximate time to when it would be available. The desk clerk seemed to find that normal and even had an attitude when we were surprised that it was not ready. The internet wifi was off for more then 24h. With no way to know when it would come back and again for them that was no problem. Coming from canada we don't have the same phone...

"It's impossible to say how GREAT this property is. The staff is one of the best hotel staff I've ever encountered. They were incredible. The rooms are actually large houses with pools, wonderful design half open and half closed. Fantastic style. Wonderful breakfast. Super facilities. Fantastic location. I travel twice a month at least and can safely say this is one of the top 3 properties I have ever stayed in. Do yourself a favor and book this property. It's great value as well. Thank you thank...

Surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees, this hotel offers a tranquil retreat near the beach.

"Quiet, a bit dated. The beach was closed off from the hotel because it was "broken", so we were told. But you could get to it by walking through the town a ways. There was a great pâtisserie across the street, and a small grocery store was next door, both very convenient. There was a small kitchenette on the balcony of our room which was nice to keep food cold and heat stuff up in the microwave. Staff was great, tho some did not speak English, thank goodness for Google Translate. Pool

"The room was huge! Separate bedroom, separate bathroom, separate shower, large open concept kitchen, living room. Large balcony with great ocean view. Crickets at night. We stayed one night; before our cruise. Would stay there again. Only downside was we had to check out at 12 noon (which is still reasonable) but our embarkation is only at 5. We could have extended our stay but at 15 euros per hour. In CDN$ that’s quite steep."

pool is a highlight. Service, while very friendly is very slow. We had to wait 45mins past check-in time to get into our room (3pm check-in) and there were multiple instances where we would be waiting for a bartender or waiter to attend to us. We were on island time, not rushing, but there was an instance where I was the only person at the bar and the bartender let me wait 20 mins so he could finish a conversation with a colleague. ...
