"It’s a very unusual place. The stairs to the bed may be hard to do and the living room is weirdly laid out. But the location is right by a tram and there’s a restaurant right there. "Yes,. The Grand Chic was spot less. The staff was very helpful and no issues except in my itinerary it does show Buffet Breakfast was included,. With that the check in said it was not. Very concerning.
We came in late from our flight and informing the hotel the driver was at the airport to take us to the Grand .Very impressed with the service.

"The room was very clean and we were able to check in early. A record player is in the room for you to play vinyl records available from reception (time to reminisce)!
Shops are within walking distance along with plenty of public transport options to get around the city, however if you enjoy walking it is possible to get around on foot with Google maps to help. It appears there is Sunday closing for main shops other than food establishments so bear this in mind if you want to go shopping in the main shopping areas."
