Hotels in Illescas

This is without a doubt, the absolutely best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are clean, large, spacious, opulent and so luxurious - they’re thought of everything when it comes to the design and servicing of the rooms (even had a GHD straightener and blow dryer in the rooms). It is worth every single cent you pay! There were also just little touches that they did which made the entire stay feel even more special and luxurious (like the nightly turn down service and little gifts for...

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. One of the few hotels that i would always comsider to go back to.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the Plaza de España area. It’s 20 meters walk from the metro, which is super convenient if you plan to go to Real Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu stadium. I took line 10 metro and 15/20 minutes later I was in front of the stadium! Aside from that, it’s right next to the start of Gran Via, which is full of shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is super clean, well maintained facilities, the rooms are nicely decorated, the staff are very helpful and...

The boutique hotel was a beautiful place to stay in Madrid. The atmosphere, fragrance, decor, location, warm greetings, attentive & helpful staff from the first moment we entered was without fault. We have stayed in many hotels in Europe & this was one of the best.

Excellent top quality hotel. Excellent staff, excellent condition. Our room was quiet. Very well located, easy walking distance to a lot of main attractions. Excellent choices of bars and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay in brilliant location

Hotel was in a convenient location. Has a cute little rooftop bar on top. Walking distance to sights and shops. In a safe area. The staff are friendly and helpful. I forgot my sunglasses after I checked out and the staff have been very helpful returning them to me. Rooms are clean and well looked after.

Fantastic service, great food/dining options

Great stay, knowledgeable and friendly staff, lovely breakfast

This is an excellent hotel in the best part of Madrid. Highly recommended. One knows what to expect in a 5 star hotel and the Wellington ticks all those boxes - fluffy towels, comfortable bed, excellent gym facilities and the like. The reason I keep coming back to the Wellington though is that it is emblematic of everything that is wonderful about Madrid. The hotel is decorated with Spanish art and the rooms have antique engravings in them. The staff in the hotel will address you formally but...

The staff are first rate. Due to no fault of the hotel night work was carried out right next to our window and on the second night of our stay. A crane was employed all night with the construction lighting impacting the room even with curtains drawn. The noise of the crane and the loud conversations continued all night. I think a hotel’s worth is measured in how they respond. When reported at check out they apologised and immediately waived the cost of breakfast for our stay. We will absolutely...

Excellent location for us, easy walk to Prado, Reine Sophia and Thyssen galleries, Plaza Mayor, la Latina and the Royal Palace. A wide choice of eating places in the surrounding streets. Several small supermarkets close by. The hotel serves breakfast E23 per person which we didn’t take. There is a small bar with snacks and a room service menu. The bar attendant will supply ice to take to the room. Reception staff are very welcoming and very helpful. We, more by accident than design, booked a...
