I would give this hotel 7 stars if it was possible. Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every single one of them were incredible - polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and delightful. The breakfast was excellent. It was a pleasure staying here.

This is a charming hotel within walking distance to Old Town. Our room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and polite. Nadine was particularly helpful with information about services available prior to our arrival.

Outstanding! Excellent location and wonderful spa experience. I’m always wary of indoor pools as I hate chlorine smell, but the pool here is magnesium and was lovely! Beds were the comfiest we have experienced in a long time and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much

Good Location and parking, amazing food

Awesome breakfast. Mostly locally sourced ingredients. A good variety to choose from and gluten free bread is available upon request. Staff were truly wonderful. Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. Our room, whilst small, made good use of the space. Close to public transport, which if you stay 2 or more nights is free with a tourist card issued by the hotel. Patio is lovely and the garden looked peaceful and beautiful. Unfortunately it was too wet during our stay to enjoy it.

Great hotel, super friendly staff and perfect position in the old city and near everything in one of the best cities you'll ever visit. Feels like a vibrant town really. Rooms and breakfast are first class.
