We have stayed at two hotels since we arrived Austria. This is the best hotel we stayed so far. Clean room and friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is to have two front desk agents in the morning as many guests were in a rush to check out to catch the flight or train.

Wonderful hotel, 10 minutes walk along the river into town and the Nordkette Funicular station is just opposite the hotel. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful my stay was perfect. Also there's a Spar supermarket next door for provisions. 100% recommend

Then the water would not drain in the tub and we call the front desk and the gentleman was very kind and did come in himself and took care of the problem to an extent. He was very polite and helpful.
