"We were some of the only people there, it was off season for this location so parking and the pool were no problem but you have to drive in order to get to any of the sites or attractions. Staff was friendly and room was big with plenty of space for a large family. A/C worked well."

. However my room was colder than the corridor. There’s no extra blankets in the room. I had quite uncomfortable sleeping. For the breakfast there was no freshly cooked hot food. For a five star hotel it’s quite poor."

"Our second time at this hotel and cannot fault the experience at all. The staff are excellent, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast is great. Add to this an excellent location with parking for a super price and I really don't know how it can be beaten. We'll definitely return."

in every aspect. The staff was outstanding and the service impeccable. The concierge went above and beyond in helping us obtain online concert tickets when we had problems with the venue’s website. Most places we went in Granada were easily walkable but the hotel also arranged private transportation for us when we needed. Our five night hotel stay was truly memorable. "

Ana at the Reception was extremely helpful, courteous and accommodating.
The apartment was superb, well designed & clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped with all the amenities. Breakfast was excellent and delivered daily to the apartment.
Located, walking distance and just a bridge away from the center of Seville and from all the important monuments.
