We had a small technical issue with the AC which was handle fantastically by the Guest relations Manager. Big bonus that they have a dedicated lockerroom with shower for all of us with a late departure. We could stay by the pool and beach and still freshen up before departure. "

Front desk service is generally good. A note to improve is to assign bell boy to help guests with lots of baggages to board golf cart as they have to manage not spilling over the nice welcoming drink :-)"
