"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the hotel itself was very peaceful and quiet. "Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas. We wish we’d booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows. Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!"
