They also have transport into town and have WhatsApp so there's easy communication when you're ready to be picked up. The pool was great. The hotel restaurant was good for breakfast (we didn’t try out anything else). Amenities provided at the hotel were great. Full access to the minibar, water bottles for day use and fresh fruit. The property support was able to reassign me to rooms at their other location, Kiridara Luang Prabang, but I have not been able to get confirmation of the pricing for the reassigned rooms and appropriate refund as I believe the new room charges are less than what I paid for the villa room.
