The lake attracts mosquitos (no fault of the hotel) but the squashed bodies of mosquitoes on the room walls and ceiling isn't nice to look at. Lovely outlook but not worth the price we paid. The standard of the accommodation doesn't match the price. "

Nothing much in location itself for a family but easy access to tram or train links, small coop nearby for snacks etc. There is a kettle near reception to use but would have liked a small kettle and tea/coffee in the room (as Brits we really missed this!). It was a long walk to the bus station with luggage for my trip out the next day and they were able to arrange a ride for me and sent me with a sandwich since I had to leave before breakfast started. Very thoughtful. The pools are a great amenity and the spa menu looked amazing. Comfortable bed too."
