"Hotel in Rehovot – Israel, was extremely disappointing.
We had booked a Superior room and got a club room, you have charged for a Superior room.
When we got the right room after a few days, the staff took it as an insult.
The room had not been cleaned before we came in.
Dirty bed linen with blood stains on it, Dirty floors with old dust in the corners and on lamps, Old chewing gum on the bedside lamp (have photos of everything)
The floor was not washed for a whole week, no new bed linen for...

"The stay was very pleasant. The buffet breakfast which is included, was very elaborate and far exceeded our expectations. The outdoor pool is absolutely magnificent. It is a very very large pool (perhaps larger than Olympic size pool) and it is an infinity pool overlooking the sea!!! Absolutely stunning!!!"

"Beautiful 5* resort hotel. Lovely polite staff, great pool area, wonderful breakfast, room excellent. Would only say that the resort is a short taxi away from local attractions rather than an easy walk. There is a complimentary shuttle. Would recommend :)"

"We 3 days hunkered down at the Ritz Carlton during the Hamas bombing and the staff treated the guests like family. The food is 5 star, abundant buffets, excellent wines, amazing desserts. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and casual, the room was terrific. Great pool, wines, ok gym, nice lobby area to hang out in. "

Shower water was either very hot or cold, not warm.

A drawback is that there is no outdoor seating area until the outdoor pool opens in July. There is an indoor pool but we didn't visit it. "

The only issue was the cleaning staff not quite meeting our expectations, but the hotel was extremely prompt and diligent in responding to the issue."

"This boutique hotel is out of this world. We were greeted with espresso drinks upon arrival. The lobby and the back and front gardens are beautiful, and the rooms are newly remodeled with all possible amenities. The service was beyond our expectations and experience (we travel extensively).
