We loved the attention to detail and the opulence of the hotel - just staying here is an amazing experience. The facilities are perfect and the care of the staff was superb - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend the hotel highly enough!

This hotel is world-class. Travelled all the way from Australia and were looked after as if we were family! John who drove us to Bran Castle is a brilliant and humerus guide. He's also just one of a team of outstanding customer-focused staff. My wife enjoyed the day spa and would have gone everyday if we'd had the time. Many people would see the location next to the station as a downside but it really didn't matter. We came in by train (Romania's roads are very slow- train slow bit still best...

My Most memorable place! This hotel was my favourite. The Skybar view is amazing! The Executive suit was perfect! Some absolutely wonderfeul staff from first point of entry to the staff at the front counter. All staff were so helpful. A few that stood out. Mariana was incredible, she was so helpful and well presented she went above and beyond to help me with a parking notice! Amazing work! Wonderful staff

Came of a cruise and were booked in to the hilton and then moved to the EPOQUE the next day,this hotel and the staff were the best,had a four room suite and the staff could not have been better,we were from new zealand and they went out of there way to make our stay superb,could not speak highly enough of this hotel,had five weeks in europe in lots of top hotels but this beat them all.

A beautiful hotel, wide corridors and very nicely appointed fittings both in the rooms and public areas. Close to all attractions and cafes. A very pleasant experience only complaint was staff did not replenish our water or sugar but they were quick to bring to our room. Very pleased to have a late checkout which accommodated our travel immensely

This hotel is a pleasant surprise. It has a very supported staff, new facilities, good quality breakfast, nice well equipped bathrooms, clean throughout.
