"We had such a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Durrës and genuinely couldn’t fault the service from the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, but a special thank you has to go to Hergi at reception and Ankur, the restaurant manager. Both were so polite, kind and always happy to help with recommendations for local restaurants, bars and things to do, which made exploring the area so much easier.
The spa was also fantastic. I had one of the best deep tissue and cellulite massages by Mary — absolutely amazing and so relaxing. As the hotel is still new, they even provided a spa coupon which was such a lovely touch.
Breakfast was another highlight with a huge selection of fresh fruit, salads, cold meats and cheeses, alongside a cook-to-order menu with even more options available.
We were also unexpectedly upgraded to a balcony room with a gorgeous sea view, which made the stay feel even more special.
The only things missing for us were an outdoor pool or dedicated sunbathing area, and a jacuzzi/hot tub — these would make the hotel absolutely perfect.
Overall, an amazing stay and we would definitely return. Thank you again to the incredible staff for making our trip so memorable."

"Rooftop bar the only place in the world i found cinnamon ice cream. Big room great spa even without paid treatments, great gym. Perfect location and good breakfast.
Staff is polite and professional but there's not much tourist info or value add in that regard."
"The place is located in the heart of the city and very easy to locate even from far as it is next to the sky restaurant.
The only real issue was breakfast at the hotel with all the blinds closed which made the room depressing with no daylight.
That is why 4 instead of 5 stars

"Hi if you have a car you need to park make reservations for parking as well. We were fortunate enough to be able to park at a nearby parking structure. Nice hotel. Food is ok. Room and bed are comfortable "
