What brings it down is the lack of coffee pot and microwave in the room, the stingy and often threadbare towels and the very long wait for hot water in the shower (we were on the 5th floor). Great elevator system- fast smooth and quiet. Cudos to Sayda (consierge) and Sylvan (restaurant) for their outstanding service and friendly attitude during our week long stay."
