Great beachfront hotel!
Booked La Isla last minute due to last mibuggt change of plans and glad i found it! Clean room. Beach front hotel. Great price, location and staff! Would definitely recommend and stay here again! There is a rooftop bar/restaurant with great happy hour menu and price!

Fair 4.0
Not concerned about guests
We had a trickle of water for showers and barely enough to flush the toilets. The electricity was off until 1 in the morning. The floor felt like it wasn’t swept. The bed was uncomfortable. Some of the windows were without screens including the patio door so we were unable to open those since the power was off and the AC wasn’t working. I understand the power and water were beyond the hotels control but they were unwilling to adjust the price even though our accommodations weren’t what was advertised. Very unhappy will never stay there again.

Good 6.0
Spacious but basic
La Isla is in a great location on an amazing island, close to the ferry port, main restaurant area and The Split which is great for swimming and dining/drinking. The staff were friendly and very helpful. No issues with noise. The room was very spacious but had little furniture and was basic, 2 double beds for a family of 4 worked but we had to move the beds against the wall. It fulfilled our basic needs but i wouldn't recommend it if you are wanting more than a place to crash.

Fit For A King
I stayed in a Superior King Suite and it was amazing. It was like a brand new apartment with two bathrooms, two flat screen TVs and a full kitchen and even had a mini fridge in the bedroom for convenience. Everything was walking distance. Grocery markets were on the left side AND the right side of the entrance. Water taxi port was probably 50 yards away. Very close (about a 5 minute walk) to The Split (the party beach) and amazing food everywhere. Definitely staying here again on my next visit.

Poor 2.0
Book two nights only stayed 1 night room was not was advertised when I book beds were uncomfortable it was like staying in a hostel . I would never recommend this place to my friends or family management needs to be more honest with advertisement especially when charging in US dollars needs to meet the standards you charging for.

Centrally located hotel in Caye Caulker
Great, centrally located hotel in Caye Caulker. The price is good for the island, the rooms which were in the new section were spacious and comfortable - could do with having more places to put things in the bathroom. The big dog belonging to the chinese shop next doors barks quite a lot during the day but not at night - not sure the hotel can do much about this though. Staff were all lovely

Great stay
Beachfront hotel, pool was clean and refreshing, lovely staff. It’s right in the middle of the bars and restaurants- good if that’s what you’re after but if you want something a bit more secluded maybe try their sister hotel tropical paradise nearer the south of the island
