"The gym is definitely a bonus! The staff were welcoming. I was pleased to see that there was fresh fruit available at breakfast, as I had mentioned the lack of fresh options in a previous review. The soap dispenser had also been included in the room (same one as previously), but there was no soap! Could this be topped up? Handy parking and shopping in the services area. "

"This impressive hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Cardiff, and very easy to find.
No parking available although there are 2 NCP car parks within a couple of minutes’ walk.
Very clean throughout with excellent amenities and very polite and helpful staff.
I’d happily book here again."
