"This was our third stay at The Bristol. Everything was first class! The reception guys were really nice and super helpful and accommodating (we arrived a little early for check-in and they sorted everything brilliantly). The room was absolurely spotelss so huge thanks to the Housekeeping team! We had a couple of drinks in the bar before heading out and the service was excellent, then added breakfast to our room in the morning which was really good - also huge thanks to the F&B team. "Wonderful room - we had the Bollinger garden suite which had an incredible view and gorgeous gardens which we shared with next doors suite, but it still felt incredibly private. Amenities were lovely and we felt thoroughly relaxed. plus Clifton is a lovely area and you don't have to walk far for bars, shops and restaurants "

"Perfect hotel for a weekend break. We're so glad we chose the Brooks guesthouse for our stop in Bristol. It is located perfectly if you plan on waking around the city centre. The rooms are great and nice and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is as good as a breakfast could get. Will definitely stop again when next in Bristol "

"Brilliant for kids with the kids games in the reception area and they loved their sofa bed! On a nice quiet road with a Greggs, Subway, pub, shop and coffee shop. Close to city centre too! Cheapest price I could find in Bristol for bank holiday weekend too! Parking was excellent, we found an EV charger in the car park under the hotel straight away and charged the car up so fast. Thank you!"

"Walkable to train station and all major attractions. It took us a bit to figure out the gate and where reception was. There is a co-op one street over which was helpful to grab snacks. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. "

"The room was clean apart from the shower tray. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The location was very convenient for Temple Meads railway station and family living nearby. It was very quiet. The walk into the city centre was not too hard and the nearby Sainsbury's Local was easy to find. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The food in the bar area was delicious, piping hot and good value. I would book to stay again in future."

"Ideally situated for several restaurants. Bus stop outside the hotel meant easy access all over Bristol as well as a direct trip to the station in 25 mins. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast and a well stocked bar. As long as you don’t mind Stepp hills then ideally suited for the Ashton gate stadium. "
