"Reception staff were lovely. The hotel was nice, room comfortable. The breakfast unfortunately let it down. Poor selection, coffee machine not working (and when it was fixed there were no mugs and no staff around to ask). "
"We had a great stay at Rosen Villa. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is terrific for exploring Sibiu. Lots of dining options nearby and train station is an easy 10- min walk. "

"Great location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is very good. The rooms are tight, beds are old and uncomfortable and the interior is quite loud,due to poor insulation between rooms. The hotel is still under construction ,so it's a bit loud. Rooms lack enough electrical outlets . Had to choose between charging phone, using TV , coffee maker or fridge. Also room prices are on the higher side, but you are in prime location, so I suppose that justifies the room price. Yes, we did see a bear near by and the local gang of dogs chased the bear away. Overall would stay again."
