"It’s a very small and quaint hotel. The room furnishes are very dated, There is a high step up to the toilet (not suitable for wheelchair accessible and people with arthritis knees) and is very small especially the shower area (smaller than the shower on board a cruise) but the shower is excellent with good pressure and hot water. Only one type of liquid soap provided in the shower which we guess it is a combo of shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

"From the reception team to the restaurant staff nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely cared for our family while we were staying.
The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was tasty and for the price this was a perfect place to use to explore Geneva given the proximity to the train station."
