"Breakfast and customer service was the best part of our stay. Breakfast had a lot of options include make your own waffles. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby area is beautiful. Room was TINY with no room to put luggage for 2 anywhere. Window looked out into the hallway. Bathroom was TINY, dirty and can use a deep cleaning or renovation. Also, we were able to hear the couple in the adjoining room through the bathroom vent... we heard their conversation, them going to the bathroom, etc....

Our room was upgraded to a suite with a semi-private courtyard. Fabulous room. Great amenities in room. Music in the bar in the evening with a wood fire burning. Dinner in hotel was good. Breakfast had good variety and quality. Staff is wonderful. They go out of their way to be helpful. Tea station available all day. Oxygen in room helped with altitude....
