. They’re so happy and helpful! The food is delicious. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and a short 15-20 min walk to Les Champs Elysées! And you can get a room with a view to the Eiffel Tower! The rooms are so beautiful and their self care product are top notch. We loved every minute of our stay and we’re coming back! "

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. They suggested places to eat and arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The neighborhood was really nice with a lot of places to eat and friendly staffs. It was not a tourist neighborhood, which was kind of nice to get a feel of "real" Paris life. On the other hand, we had to take a cab or the train to get to tourist sites. The hotel room was really small, and the bathroom was microscopic. AC worked fine."

and I had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was fantastic. Having cake available downstairs was a lovely touch. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was on the smaller side but we didn’t mind. Walkable to different metro stations, and to Champs Elysee for shopping. Highly recommend this lovely hotel. "

. Walking distance to metro. Breakfast was excellent and very high quality. My only negative was the shower was not separate in our room but my parents did have a separate shower. Photos didn’t show our room and I would have asked for a room with a separate shower. Rooms were nice and clean. "

"Love this hotel! Good location, close to shops and restaurants! The bathtubs are dangerous!!! An elderly person would have a hard time getting in and out of the tub. I had a hard time getting in and out of it. Should switch to all walk in showers."

I also appreciated that you could order pizza in the lobby and have water bottles filled. We also made use of the laundry facilities. Because the hotel caters to families and larger groups, it does get rather loud and there was really quiet during sleeping time. Just an FYI if you are a light sleeper."
