"This was our first time at this place and we loved it!
The place is beautiful, relaxing, surrounded by Mother Nature, tons of pools with amazing views and beautiful people.
I’m a tree lover and this was my favourite part!
There are things that need improvement:
- The food: Food was ok, I will give it a 7/10. I understand the place is not expensive compared to other All Inclusive, but it could be better in flavour and presentation. Also, the options were very limited and repetitive.
- The rooms: Oh lord the bed and pillows were awful!
They’re very old and should be replaced ASAP. The beds made weird sounds by the tiniest movement and the pillows were so old they were very uncomfortable.
- Reception: Even though they were nice and polite, specially Erick. My daughter got super sick for one night and they were ZERO accommodating nor understanding. That was disappointing.
- Water Park: Super cold water and the splash park is more like a torture place for kids. The power of the water is way too strong.
Things we loved:
- The Staff: Staff was amazing and so nice! I actually learned lots of their names. Kids Club: Edith was the girl who mostly spent time with my girls and she was so sweet and my girls loved her. The other girls Nancy and Nidawi, were very sweet and kind. Carritos/Golf Carts: Carlos, Omar, Victor, Edie, Eric, Francisco, Adam y Enrique.
