We used the hotel to attend a sporting event in the area. It was perfect for our needs. Location we convenient to the stadium, the inner harbor, and local attractions. The staff are super friendly and helpful. And despite Baltimore being a large city, I felt safe at this location. The hotel takes its own measures to ensure safety. I would book again for a quick weekend trip

The carpet in the hallways were not only dirty but badly stained, refrigerator door in the first room wouldn’t stay closed and didn’t have a light inside. After switching rooms, the safe wasn't working at all. Overall, the property needs an upgrade. The location was good as far as walking to the convention center, they also provided us with a list of parking options which was easy accessible. The staff were helpful and friendly! Hotels don’t have to be high end to be inviting, it’s the small things that count.
