Fizemos uma viagem em família. Ficamos dois dias no hotel. Gostamos muito do atendimento, localização, café da manhã e estrutura do hotel. Oq nos incomodou um pouco foi o colchão e os travesseiros. Acho que poderia melhorar a qualidade. Voltaremos em outra oportunidade.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo no Hotel Casa Encantada por ser próximo ao centrinho, facilitando o deslocamento a pé e com bom custo-beneficio. Os rapazes da recepção são muito prestativos e os demais funcionários muito educados também. O café é completo e saboroso. Minhas sugestões: um pouco de aquecimento da piscina (pega pouco sol e está sempre muito gelada), mais tomadas na suíte esmeralda (só tem a da TV, do frigobar ou no banheiro), bem como trocar o guarda-roupa fechado por armários/cabideiros abertos, evitando o cheiro forte de "guardado". Espero voltar em breve.

O café da manhã melhorou muito comparado a outra vez q estive no hotel, estava maravilhoso, a limpeza é impecável, só uma observação é q achei um absurdo não ter toalha para usar na piscina, e se pedir paga uma taxa de 6$ a mais, em todos os hotéis e pousadas q frequentei em toda a minha vida nunca vi isso, todas tinham toalhas separadas para piscina e sem cobrar taxa alguma, é um ponto pelo qual penso se voltou uma próxima vez, um absurdo isso.

Boa relação custo benefício. Só achei um pouco mercenário: Manual de uso: Se fumar no quarto 50% de multa do valor da estadia (não sou fumante!) mas não gostei.. Se atrasar o chek out 50% de multa também.. Não oferecem um mísero sabonete. no banheiro apenas papel higiênico... uma outra hospede falou que reclamou eles disseram que só dão para hospede de fim de semana... se passei até mais dias lá...esse critério é sem lógica

O hotel é otimo. Para mim deixou a desejar o café da manhã achei super fraco. Ficou nítido o aproveitamento do bolo de laranja do dia anterior. Achei pouca variedade principalmente de suco e o de caju aguado e ainda tinha que colocar gelo pq nao era refrigerado entao ficava mais aguado ainda. Outra coisa que achei ruim foi o chuveiro com os furos entopidos so saía agua nas laterais. O pior que achei foi a piscina nao ser aquecida. Mas com certeza voltaria e podia passar a ter serviço de restaurante. Comida para os hospedes.
