We did enjoy our stay but on a given day, the breakfast service was not as prompt. Maid service was a bit slow on the day that we did request our room to be cleaned and the trash in the bathroom was never emptied.

Great location set back from the Copacabana almost central. The staff are really friendly and approachable, breakfast was decent and the facilities and pool were too. Would stay again

Do not stay in Windsor palace it’s dirty
First they didn’t let me check in immediately I had to wait for the front desk to finish their conversation with each other. Then they arbitrarily told me I can’t have guest in my room. They assigned me to a room that I’m sure they know was subpar. When I checked in there were roaches crawling out of the air conditioner vent. When I went to the front desk to ask for a room change they told me that all the other rooms were waiting for a new check I͏n͏s͏. I asked why I can’t have one of the new checking rooms since I was a new check in and they had no answer for me. Not sure if I was racially profiled, but I did not see The same thing happening to other guests.
