We stayed here for a two day Universal getaway. Very nice hotel! Very clean and well maintained. The shuttle to the park is right outside the lobby and the water taxi is a few minutes walk. The rooftop restaurant was good and averagely priced for a resort area. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again when visiting Universal.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, rooftop bar has tremendous views. Pool and hot tub were both clean and has great extended hours. More of an adult oriented hotel.

Excellent hotel with great amenities. Loved the Starbucks and Urban Pantry for any late night or morning snacks. Easy 5 min walk to Volcano Bay. We took the water taxi to City Walk from Sapphire Falls next door. Large car park. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our quick trip, and the boat transportation was convenient. Worth the money! Booked 2 nights so I could get guaranteed rooms at 10 am when we got there. Seamless. The second room wasn’t ready until 1345 so we got to all have somewhere to lay our head and shower. Staff was really nice. No where to eat for a late night arrival from the airport or the parks. Restaurant closes at 11 and midnight for room service so plan accordingly. The city walk stayed open until 0100.
