Room was nice & clean, felt very safe & secure. Walking distance to bus stop (2mins), can also walk to a lot of restaurants/shops. Comms from property manager were clear & precise, and very quick to respond to any traveller questions I had during my stay.

This property has no staff on site. We had to rely on the neighbouring property for assistance when we couldn't get in when we arrived, when the WiFi went out and when we needed assistance to arrange for a taxi to the airport. Also, please note that these rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator so those with mobility issues need to consider this. The property is centrally located and we were able to walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and the Vatican.

Room was nice enough. Good amenities and really nice shower. Different check-in procedure, as this place does not have reception and so they ask you to WhatsApp passport photos + send card details over WhatsApp to pay city tax. We rang to ask to pay city tax in the main hotel before checking in and not do this on WhatsApp. Our check in was slightly late but didn’t affect us too much. Noticed that there were a few ants in our room but nothing that put us off just staying the one night! Really well located and perfect spot for a short stay in Rome! Couldn’t complain for the price

We loved this property on our vacation. The location was excellent. The area was extremely safe and we felt comfortable walking around. Within a block of transportation. Restaurants all around us. The room was very comfortable. Updated bathrooms and very clean. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Rome.

Nice little guesthouse
Really nice little guesthouse. In a superb location for walking around Rome. Very easy to check in (just make sure you pay the taxes prior to arrival and provide your ID). Keys were in the lockbox provided with all relevant information sent the previous day. Was quiet, comfortable. And the sister hotel allowed to store our luggage at their hotel on the final day which was really appreciated by us as it meant we could go out and enjoy our final day.

The property is located at a very nice area, very walkable. The only thing I didn’t like was that I smelled cleaning supplies all night, either the cleaning crew sprayed a lot of detergent or the linens were not properly rinsed. It was very bothering in the entire room. Other than that, it was clean and cute!

Location was great but the room was terrible. The air conditioning did not work well, room was hot which made it very uncomfortable. The mini fridge also did not work well, so couldn’t cool any drinks to stay refreshed. The water had to be shut off due to a maintenance issue, which meant no ability to wash or bath for almost a full day. The management offered no compensation. Strongly suggest not staying here.

BEWARE!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! You have to go to a different location to get key. They never gave us the key, but were quick to collect the taxes immediately. Then had to take taxi to the actual guesthouse. The taxi would not go down the street where the guesthouse is. Once at the guesthouse, the key was not in lockbox. We had to wait 40 minutes for personnel to bring us the key, claimed they forgot to give it to us. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT HERE IN THE STATES WOULD SHUT THEM DOWN IMMEDIATELY. This guesthouse has mold. You can tell they tried to scrub it clean. It's dirty and has a musty smell. The staff was not helpful at all, extremely rude, claimed to have no staff to address the plumbing leak as well. They DO NOT CARE what you are going through. NO CUSTOME SERVICE. We had to find another hotel during the Ryder Cup event where all hotels were sold out. We ended up finding a hotel 15 minutes outside of town. DO NOT STAY HERE!
