Helpful staff, he may not be able to give us information bout parking in the area but that’s ok we managed. Hotel is clean and tidy. Walk to the shops and restaurants is close by. The stadium itself is walkable which is very convenient. Will definitely book in the future.

Comfortable stay, easy check-in, very kind and helpful front desk personnel and within 5-minute walk to Cardiff Castle, restaurants (Pasture and The Welsh House) and 8-minute walk to Bute Park! Best location, everything within walking distance.

We came to visit the National Gallery which was easily accessible from the hotel and the railway station.I have walking issues but everything was so conveniently accessible.The bed was excellent-no lumpy mattresses etc.-and afforded a good night's sleep.We appreciated being able to make tea and coffee in our room.The view of the stadium was inspiring-an interesting architectural building-and we could enjoy the sound of ducks on the river Taff!. Cardiff accommodation

The place is ideally situated not far from the main streets for shopping, restaurants and pubs. Car parking is easy in the street, £14 for 24hrs. Our room was a nice size with a very comfortable bed, but the only complaint was the awful smell from the shower/toilet as the drains needed a serious clean.

Nice little place

Brilliant little place to stay, good for just coming and going when you need without the hassle of keys. Parking was ok outside on the road. Very clean and tidy, just no hot water in the sink tap which was weird as you cant wash unless having a shower but overall great place to stay for a cheap short stay.

Ideal cost effective layover

Perfectly cost-effective option for an overnight stay/layover. You get exactly what you pay for however, the room's could really do with a fabric conditioner so there's no linger smoke smell which was off-putting and the reason why it's not getting full marks. Great location, but weird the facilities

Great location, staff are nice. But the hot water is very unstable, never hot enough, even though I have to switch it on 25 minutes prior, which is waste of water. I have requested a king bed, but they have only put 2 twin beds together which is not very comfortable. They charged ￡5 for luggage storage, which usually i have offered dor free in other hotels.

Loverly room nice and clean a couple of patches of mold in bathroom but tbh the room is so small and hot with no airflow it is not surprising. Checking in was a bit of fiasco staff really did not like being disturbed but was sorted after they read my checking in email and looking at their records

The property was clean and well equipped, and the shower was good. It was noisy however - the walls are thin, and much detail of our 'neighbours', both to the side and above could be heard. I would, however book again, and hope it was a little less noisy.
