Horrible experience! Bugs infestation throughout the room. Hotel customer service is nonexistent. Staff was unwilling to solve the issue and we had to check out to find another hotel for accommodation.

Fiz uma reserva com quarto superior e vista para cidade, contudo, me entregaram um quarto inferior ao contratado e mesmo com o meu pedido para alterar o quarto me apresentaram opções ainda piores. O quarto tem um pouco de cheiro de mofo e várias infiltrações. No geral o quarto não é ruim, apenas não entregaram o que foi contrato! Fica o alerta para os demais!

Boa opção para a região. A estrutura do hotel é boa, mas como o próprio nome diz, tudo é pequeno: quartos, piscina e área de café/restaurante. De toda forma, cumpre o que promete pelo preço: bom custo-benefício. O que poderia melhorar e muito é a limpeza do quarto que deixou a desejar (sujeira aparente e poeira estavam por todo o quarto). Ar condicionado também precisa ser mais eficiente.

Gostaríamos de expressar nossa profunda insatisfação com a estadia no Petit Hotel no dia 24 de janeiro de 2025. Desde a nossa chegada, enfrentamos uma série de problemas que demonstram a falta de cuidado com os hóspedes e a total ausência de higiene e organização no local: 1. O ar-condicionado do quarto não estava funcionando. 2. Os móveis estavam visivelmente empoeirados, evidenciando a falta de manutenção. 3. A roupa de cama parecia não ter sido trocada, pois encontramos restos de comida sobre ela. 4. O banheiro estava sujo, com um sabonete usado deixado no local. 5. O chão do quarto estava visivelmente sujo, reforçando a impressão de descaso com a limpeza. 6. Apesar de o anúncio informar que há estacionamento disponível, não fomos previamente avisados de que ele é cobrado à parte, com uma taxa de R$ 40,00 por diária. Embora o hotel tenha boa localização, o atendimento e a higiene são completamente incompatíveis com o valor da diária. A experiência foi semelhante a um serviço de fundo de quintal, e certamente o custo-benefício não valeu a pena. Esperamos que a administração tome providências urgentes para corrigir essas falhas e oferecer aos futuros hóspedes um serviço digno e de qualidade.
