Great
Clean, comfortable, good space for family with separate rooms. Convenient amenities such as a washing machine and fridge. Only complaint is that outside lights turn on when people walk by and can be noticed in the kids room although they didn’t complain.

We arrived at 8am and there was nobody at the reception desk until 10am. So just waiting for 2 hours to just leave our bags at the lobby. The internet service and phone service in our room did not work. After 2 days we asked the reception and they were very rude and told us we were the ones with the problem, because the internet was working. No customer service at all. We had to work and we had to go to the outside garden to get WIFI. Very frustrating. Staff was not friendly.
