What a lovely place! I had to phone or txt the owner because I didn't do the code properly and she was instantly call me back with a new code. Everything was awesome but we found the bed too soft for us. We sank into it far too much and gave us a back ache. Otherwise a great stay

The room was spacious, clean and nicely updated. I appreciated the coffee station and directions on how to turn on the TV. The bathroom was huge, kitchenet was laid out nicely and parking was easy, very walkable neighborhood and close to major roadways.

This is a gem. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but open the door to the room and be prepared for a pleasant surprise. We were only there for a short overnight, but I would really like to spend a weekend there and check out the town.

Honestly, love this place! Such a hidden gem. We are from out of state and visit our family frequently out this way. We typically stay at a chain hotel but decided to try something different and so glad we did! The space is large and beautiful. Very clean as well! This will definitely be our go-to for future WNY visits. Thank you!

Great, except the tub
Hotel was very nice. Extremely spacious. Only downside was the jacuzzi needed to be cleaned. When the jets were turned on, black flecks kepts filling the tub. Wasnt a big deal for us as we only stayed one night but would have loved to soak in the tub.
