the hotel is tidy and quiet at night, staff are friendly, no lift but but second floor and very little luggage for me, so it doesn't matter for me, room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable

They go the extra mile for you
It is a no frills hotel but they do a great job to make you feel at home. No upwelling or extra charges except for late checkout. The place is very well done for a shophouse conversion and the room is big and clean and comfortable. I was leaving before reception would be open in the morning so I went to tell them and they said just leave the key at the desk and I’m the morning I found that they had packed 2 breakfast to go bags for me!
