Nice new apartment. Comfortable bed and basic kitchen facilities. Some of the dishes and cutlery had not been cleaned very well. Good location close to Box Hill Central.

Filthy! Our non-smoking room had clearly had people smoking in it and smelled like a 1980s night club. The shower was filthy and covered in mould and there were mould spots on the roof of the bathroom. The rest of the bathroom was covered in lint and dust from the tumble dryer. The floor of the whole unit was filthy and the dining table was filthy and covered with leftover lumps of grease from someone’s take away. I have pictures if the management would like to see them but when I raised issues and asked for a different room or a refund they were decidedly disinterested.
