Write down customer credit card numbers

I am a bit concerned when I was asked by hotel front desk to write down my credit card number on a piece of paper, while I already provided this info while booking online. There is a risk of credit card being stolen or fraudulent. I don’t think it is right for hotel to write down customer credit card numbers when customers make the payment on site using credit card.pls investigate and advise. Thank you

Good accommodations close to downtown Goderich. Cute little motel. I arrived late, about 11:30pm but still got friendly service. The unit is a basic motel unit with so-so wifi but clean and functional.

It was a nice stay our for family. Plain , simple, clean. There are couple of extra cool features that you usually don't expect to find in the motel room: office desk with adjustable height, alarm clock with wireless charger and turn-on-touch lamp, heated mirror in the bathroom and several more :) .

This is a wonderful place to stay. The owners are awesome and so helpful and they gave great suggestions. It is very clean and I think so cozy. There are chairs outside each room and we met some of the other people staying there and just talked.

This motel was terrific. It has been totally redone inside & out and our unit (presume all units) had a frig, microwave, & coffee maker. It was very clean and the family owners couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming. We highly recommend it.

Everything was really good. However the units could use a refresh. Paint, fill some cracks in the wall. And steam clean the carpets. The staff were very knowledgeable about the area and what was happening. Very polite. Would highly recommend.

A good choice for Goderich

This is a lovely small hotel with a warm welcoming proprietress. The rooms are clean and the air-conditioning worked very well. The location is central to the town center. Not much open for later evening dining choices but that was not a hotel issue. Just be aware that even on Saturday night this is a town that closes down early - we found Chuck's Roadhouse open after 7 pm but not much else.

Very well run! Iqbal and his wife have a little gem on their hands. Place is clean and has a few upgrades like of dimmer lights, wireless charging by the bed and auto demist mirrors in the bathroom. Parking is right outside your unit. Location is incredible, many stores within walking distance, some literally across the street! It's also got a whole back area with some extra ammenities (check out their pictured of the back area, they even have a bbq if you wanted to grill your own food. Iqbal also knows the area well and has some great recommendations for placed to check out. Overall super solid place run by some great people who truly care about what they do. I will always be back if I'm ever in the area.
