I was worried about bedbugs but the room and the hotel were immaculate. I had zero problems while there. The only issue I had was twice I asked for extra towels and twice they were not given to me. Otherwise, my stay was pleasant and I would definitely stay there again. Parking for my rental was easy and free.

Upsetting stay. My wife found a used condom in the room. We were upgraded to a better room but the room was still dirty" french fries on the floor, used products in the washroom, candy on the floor. The gym had no sanitary wipes, towels, water, and one of the treadmills has bald spots on the tread and is dangerous. Fire alarm went off and we were stuck in the parking lot for an hour and a half but staff did not provide updates until we were finally let back in. Restaurant and bar close too early. It would have been nice if they stayed open later on the night the fire alarm went off. I suspect the hotel is not employing enough cleaning staff because they do not have usually tourism because of COVID and this has left the standards of the hotel at a super sub par level.

At first I was a bit upset that there was only one agent and multiple people waiting to be checking in. The phone was ringing off the hook and the solo person behind the counter was overwhelmed, but she held in there and did it with a smile. The company needs to assist her.
