Friendly staff upon check in. However, there was no air conditioning in the rooms, no air movement either. they offered a fan in 29 degree heat! But there’s nothing mentioned about air conditioning when you book. The floor was so dirty in our room, our feet were gross on the bottom. Old appliances, odd smell in the room and hallways and dirty hot tub. The bed was so hard we didn’t sleep all night, plus the heat in the room on a summer night. This isn’t a hotel, it’s a rental unit that someone owns. We didn’t stay the 2 nights that we booked as we couldn’t stand being in that room again. I have contacted the manager for a refund, but have yet to hear back. We will not stay at this place again. It ruined our trip to Sun Peaks.

Spacious suite with very clean and comfortable environment. Well stocked with full kitchen. Walking distance to everything. No air con unfortunately which was a shame in a heatwave but fans provided. Would recommend if we weren’t in a heatwave!

Booked a room with kitchette. Apparently there is a mini fridge and microwave only in a kitchette. When asked how we were to cook anything they did upgrade us to a “full” kitchen.

The room service was very bad. We called many times to ask for something and they never bring it to you. Also, don’t go to this place in the hot summer days because it has no AC. The place was very uncomfortable in terms of room temperature.

The hotel is well located and have an amazing view and the grocery store is just in front of the hotel. However, they should make a difference between cleaning yourself and helping yourself. We were for 7 days without any cleaning services. They asked the guest to carry the garbage and even pick up the broom from the front desk and we must return it in the same date. I understood that we still leaving in COVID restrictions but the hotel needs to make changes and provide a real service. I did not mind to clean my room but get the broom and through my garbage was outrageously.
