Beautiful weekend
Our room was beautiful. Much bigger then I expected. The view was amazing. It was so conveniently located. We loved how we could walk around the village and be so close to go back and use our own bathroom. Kevin at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet and I felt safe. All of the staff took the timw ro greet us. We can't wait to visit again!

Nice place to stay.
Had a very good weekend overall. The Hotel itself was in a nice location right in the Blue Mountain Village which made it very easy and quick to get anywhere in the village. Close to Collingwood and several other attractions like the Scenic Caves. Staff where very attentive and quick to deliver and item needed. The main issue i had was the temperature in the room was uncomfortable warm and we did have someone look into the fireplace and thermostat. The bedroom was very small and barely fit what was suppose to be a queen size bed. The common area with the TV and Kitchen area was comfortable and spacious. The balcony had a nice view and the weather was perfect to sit out on and relax.

Great place just need to watch how cc is handled !
The reception of us as guests was great. They upgraded room. The rooms were great so we stayed another night. The problem was upon redoing a second night they charged my card 2extra times so 640 was sitting used on my card for almost a week. There was mixed messaging as to when it would be reversed. It was upsetting as my card doesn’t have a huge limit and what if I had needed the funds. Things like administrative need clear instruction from mgmt so mistakes like that don’t happen to guests. Otherwise lovely stay and hotel and kind staff !

Fair
Over priced and out dated.
This will be the last time I come to this Westin Hotel. It is very dated and for the incredibly expensiveness of it, nothing special. I did not get the room I was originally told I would, first because it wasn't ready to which I was willing to wait, but then ultimately it was not going to be ready at all so I had to choose another. To appease me, they granted me free parking for the weekend. So a $40.00 credit for an $1,100.00 two night stay. There was no cleaning in-between the days which is probably COVID related, but I would think they would have some sort of price break because of it. Room is very out dated with minimal ports to charge devices. Had to go to front desk for more coffee pods as I guess they didn't want to over supply the room given the price I paid. Certainly the view from the balcony is quite nice which is why I chose this hotel, but simply not worth that kind of money!
