This is most beautiful and comfortable hotel I ever stayed, everything is so amazing beds some kind of expensive stuff, I haven’t seen these kind of furniture neither in holiday inn or Sheraton. I travelled all over North America but this is no 1 hotel to stay. If ever travel through Quebec this will be my first choice. And very reasonable price.

Its under construction, lots of noise, room service checked in and they don't speak french nor english, beds arent really confortable and breakfast was really poor. However the staff were very friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room/hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was some minor building work happening during our stay to improve the reception area but it was not a problem. The hotel is situated about 25 minutes by bus from the old town. As mentioned by previous reviews complimentary bus tickets are available from the hotel on request. The bus stop was within a couple of minutes of the hotel and the buses ran every 10 minutes. Across from the hotel was a good sized shopping mall including a large Walmart and food court. Breakfast was included at the hotel and although basic did include cereals, bagels, fresh/tinned fruit and toast options.
