The director and management team are incredibly generous, warm, and genuinely welcoming. I had a truly memorable stay here. Great location, accessible to the main Quebec! Very friendly staff and goodies in the room restocked everyday. The cleanliness was alright, some areas were not properly cleaned, but overall decent. The downside is that the walls are very thin as is the ceiling, you can hear your room neighbors all the time, and i mean all the time doing everything at any odd hours.
