Cheap, clean and safe, and surprisingly quiet, considering its location. Near to 2 Metro stations.

8/10 Very good

Ideal location, biggest thing is it’s an older building, shared bathrooms, and no AC but with those in mind it’s a good value compared to a hotel

Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

It’s really good location, close to the metro and lots of food spots. The room was pretty well sized, lots of storage and such, and the staff were very nice! Good amount of elevators and stairs for an older building as well!

8/10 Very good

Good location and clean rooms. No A/C, so if it is real warm, it would be uncomfortable, but it doesnt often get really hot in Montreal that often.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Great location, close to several metro stations and easy to get around. Rooms and washrooms are clean and well maintained. Only concern was the heat, as I visited in the middle of summer and there was no air-conditioning. They provide fans and rooms are airy, but still quite hot.

Grand building of old with 15 ft ceilings? Huge windows, so quiet and close to everything.
Verified review

6/10 Good

i’d only come here if you need a cheap place for a night or two. especially now in summer, there’s no AC so it’s extremely hot all the time, the beds are hard and i found the shared bathrooms to not be very kept up. overall it was a good enough place for a night. the staff was very kind and helpful.

10/10 Exceptional

The location is excellent, making this a good choice for a short-term stay if convenience and affordability are your priorities. The security staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. This building has an older design and is not intended to provide a hotel-style experience. If you’re looking for modern comforts and private facilities, this may not be the best choice. There are also quite a few hallways and stairs to navigate, so carrying luggage can take a bit more effort.

Not bad!! But be aware that you are going to stay in a noise place. The floor was extremely noise every time I walk.
