I recently stayed at your hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The room was far below my expectations. My 11-year-old son had to sleep on a sofa that was hard and uncomfortable, and the unpleasant odor in the room made our stay even more intolerable. Additionally, there was no breakfast provided, forcing us to leave the hotel to find a meal elsewhere.
To make matters worse, I had booked and paid for a room for the 13th but arrived on the 12th. I requested to use the room since I had already paid, but my request was denied. As a result, I had to pay again and effectively lost a night's stay that I had already paid for.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and accommodations provided. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and indignant, and I expect a prompt response addressing these issues.
