Looking for resolution on bill.
We were concerned about receiving a notice from Discover Card re our family members visit for Sept 22. Apparently we were double billed. Can happen. We will be checking the DC posting 10 days from then Looking for a resolution if needed at that time

Wonderful hotel - Poor administration.
The hotel was beautiful and clean. Old-fashioned details, like an actual room key, were welcome. The breakfast, with eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes was great. My only quibble is that the front desk staff were not properly trained. I had to ask many questions that should have answered upon registration. I don't blame the receptionist; he was new; I blame his supervisor. He was also made to stand at the desk all day without a seat.

Charming place
The staff were all wonderful. This is a charming place in a beautiful setting. Rooms were very clean and refreshed each day. If we needed anything the front desk staff was wonderful and made sure all of our needs were met. Definitely on our list for future stays.

Anniversary Trip
We started off a little bumpy because our room didn’t have AC but the customer service was impeccable! They had us switched into a room that was nice and chilled perfect for a 93 degree day. The spa was amazing the food was delicious I don’t have a bad thing to say! We can’t wait to go back!
