Gave us an uncleaned room
At check the front desk wasnt particularly friendly but enough to get by. But when we went to our room they gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned . The bed wasn't made towels on floor ext. It was like 4:30p and it wasn't done. It was kind of gross. When we went back down, they just looked at me with a confused face and took the keys. Then gave us another room near the original. BUT not a single I'm so sorry! Nothing to make up for confusion Nothing. Which was was like Wow! But not worth my time to get all angry. I just felt it could have been handled way better.

I asked for housekeeping and notified the front desk that the sink will not drain, hadn’t drained since I arrived. I asked to have it taken care of while I was out for the day. Did not receive housekeeping and the sink was not repaired. Disappointing.

We received an email during our flight that the hotel had issues with heating and that we had been rebooked to a brand new hotel in another town. The new hotel was actually an old hotel Undergoing renovations. While the staff there was nice and the room freshly updated, the water would not maintain a hot temperature so we had to take quick two minute showers since the

Staff was lovely and friendly! The room was spacious and comfortable as well. HOWEVER - the bathroom (Room 336) was downright filthy and the shower specifically looked as if it had not been cleaned thoroughly in aged. Disappointing for sure; otherwise, the property seemed well maintained.
