The hotel was extremely hot and humid. No AC's in the hallways around the water park and no elevators in that section of the hotel either. The overall look of the hotel was nicely done but you can tell the remodel of an old hotel focused on the aesthetics only and not the functionality of outdated HVAC systems. Since the lobby had AC and the other sections did not, the mixed temperatures created condensation to leak all over the floor and guests. The outdoor pool was on the smaller side, but my kids did enjoy it. However, we found it was not cleaned frequently which made us not want to keep returning. The hotel staff were friendly, our room AC did work and the rooms were clean. Overall, the hotel looks great in pictures but there are much better places to stay in the Cape, especially for the price.

We really enjoyed Margaritaville, we love the new renovations. Every thing about the experience was pleasant from check in through check out. We are local and went due to a power outage related to the blizzard; we are more than happy we did. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay here! The rooms were extremely clean and looked very new. The water park was great for two children under 6, both kiddos had a blast. We went during Mass school vacation week and it wasn’t too busy, which was great. We also loved the little extras they had planned like shark games, a foam party, and a Balloon Animal making guy. We would definitely come back!

Hotel was clean and well decorated. Room had Keurig with coffee and tea pods as well as needed condiments for such. Bath items like a robe, shampoo, soap, moisturizer are provided along with plenty of fresh towels. Child enjoyed the splash pad and lazy river. A tad busy right after school, less crowded after dinner time. The arcade had plenty of games, prize machine was limited for larger ticket amount but run by Ryan Amusements and cards are interchangeable at various places. Restaurants on site and also fairly decent, better than I had expected actually. Overall a nice stay with my son and would return with him again.
